Mira Gjergji

Mira is a local Richmond resident and has got more than 15 years of experience working in Health and Social Care. She started as a childminder in Chelsea and Kensington working with children with autism spectrum, then she went on to work in adult social care, working with people living with dementia, physical disabilities, Parkinson’s disease and End of Life care and other specialisms, mostly providing care in the comfort of her clients’ own homes.
Mira is fully qualified with CQC enhanced DBS check and a level 5 qualifications in Managing Health and Social Care, level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care and various other training and qualifications.
This is what Mira has to say when asked Why Care? “Care is intrinsic part of my family life. We are a closed knit unit of family looking after our own. We care for each other and we have enough compassion and empathy to help our elderly neighbours who may need a little help like picking up their shopping or making them a cup of tea while tidying around their kitchen. Caring is second nature to me and one of the reason I went into the care business; because this is something I know and love and I hope that we can be of help to the wider community in and around our local area.”
The care we provide is something that I would like my own parents to have; we used a thoughtful selection process of hiring caregivers who got caring qualities.
