Is homecare right for me?
We believe if living at home is what makes you happy then we are ready to support that and ensure we give you the extra support you need to continue to have sole agency over your life.
Will I get the same caregiver on each visit?
Yes, we understand the importance of continuity and we believe having the same regular team of caregiver is of utmost importance when providing care. We also want to ensure that our caregivers are more than just a caregiver, they are a companion and a friend for our clients!
Are your caregivers employed by you?
Yes, all our caregivers are employed directly by us. We trained and developed their skills to be able to support you. They each have access to a line manager who acts as their mentor. All our caregivers are insured by us, with public liability and professional liability insurance.
Do you provide home care in my area?
We are ever expanding our areas. However, we currently deliver care in and around these localities: Richmond, Kew, Barnes, Sheen, Putney, Whitton, Teddington, St. Margarets and Twickenham. Please do get in contact if you are local to these areas as we are flexible in and around them.
Are your caregivers regularly trained?
Our caregivers all take specialist training courses and are required to undertake mandatory training every 12 months. We also support and believe on Continuing Professional Development and encourage our caregivers to undertake career and personal progression training and development by accessing government funded courses and training and those recommended by the Skills for Care.
